1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment Only)
If this is your first time purchasing VelociBridge, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your first paid subscription charge (the initial payment). This guarantee applies only to the initial payment and does not apply to renewal charges, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are limited to one refund per customer. If you have previously received a refund for VelociBridge, you are not eligible for additional refunds.
2. After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, all payments are non-refundable and we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the same platform where you purchased (e.g., your account dashboard or the payment provider's billing portal). Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
Cancellation stops future billing. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial periods.
4. Misuse Prevention, One-Device Limit, and Limits on Refunds
To keep this policy fair for all customers, we may deny refund requests in situations such as:
- Requests made after the fourteen (14) day window for the initial payment
- Requests for renewal charges (except where required by law)
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behavior
- Material violations of our Terms of Service
- Use of multiple accounts or repeated attempts to obtain multiple refunds
Device Changes / One-Device-at-a-Time
Your subscription is limited to one active device at a time. You may switch your activation to another computer (for example, after upgrading hardware, reinstalling, or replacing a device). Reasonable device changes are permitted and do not affect eligibility for the initial-payment refund.
We may deny refund requests only where device changes are used to circumvent licensing limits (for example, maintaining multiple active devices, using multiple accounts, or repeated activations intended to avoid payment).
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Depending on the checkout method, the provider may act as the merchant of record (MoR) or as our payment processor. Your receipt and payment statement will show the name of the entity that processed your payment.

6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- If you purchased through Whop, submit your request via Whop's Resolution Center.
- If you purchased through our website, email [email protected] with the email address used at purchase and the purchase date.
We typically respond within one to two (1-2) business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
6.1 Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, the dispute will be handled through the payment platform's dispute process. We encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve any issues quickly.
